Volunteers Needed: Listening Session, Signup Now!

Dear Representative,

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Third Party Administrator (TPA) invite Coverage Gap Discount Program (CGDP) Portal users to participate in a listening session regarding the CGDP Invoice and Dispute Processes. Volunteers sign up by Friday, 12/15/2023.

As an active CGDP portal user, you are the Subject Matter Expert (SME). We are interested in your feedback regarding your usage and interaction with the portal, as well as your organization’s overall experience with the invoicing and dispute processes. We will use this conversation to identify possible ways to improve the invoice and dispute interfaces and processes.

To volunteer as a participant in the listening session, please review the How to Volunteer section below

To be eligible for the listening session, a completed and signed consent form must be returned to TPA.UserFeedback@palmettogba.com. Please submit the consent form with your volunteer email submission. The consent form can be signed electronically, or physically signed and scanned.

TPA utilizes Microsoft Teams to conduct one-on-one listening sessions. A Microsoft Teams account is not required to participate. Attendees will be able to access the Microsoft Teams session via their internet browser. Participants will not be on camera; however, a listening session Microsoft Teams invitation is required for this event.

Only one volunteer per organization is permitted to participate in a scheduled listening session. During the event, a TPA listening session facilitator will ask open-ended questions regarding your experience with the portal, and the invoice and dispute processes. Volunteers will have the opportunity to ask questions, share opinions, and provide feedback.

CMS staff may attend listening sessions as note takers/scribes or observers. Sessions will typically last one hour but may take longer with your approval.

Please note that CMS will not be providing guidance or information about the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) during the listening session. We are interested in receiving information and feedback from you about your experience with the CGDP invoicing and dispute processes.
